Spike In Chinese Crossing Southern Border Connected To Cartel Drug Smugglers

During a panel discussion in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, experts raised concerns about drug smugglers aiding Chinese illegal immigrants in their entry into the United States.

The panel, hosted by the America First Policy Institute, shed light on the involvement of drug cartels in determining the timing and location of Chinese immigrants’ entry based on the knowledge possessed by U.S. law enforcement agencies.

Rodney Scott, former chief of the U.S. Border Patrol, highlighted this disturbing trend, explaining how drug cartels strategically exploit information available to law enforcement to facilitate the illegal immigration of Chinese individuals. While the primary motivation for drug cartels is believed to be financial gain, experts also emphasized the Chinese government’s alleged objective of flooding the United States with both illegal immigrants and narcotics to create instability within the nation.
