Stabbings, Fatalities Force UC Davis To Cancel Night Classes

UC Davis has announced that in-person night classes will be put on hold, after a third stabbing Monday night left a woman in critical condition, and a community on edge.
Over the past week, two Davis residents were killed in stabbing attacks, including UC Davis computer science student Karim Abou Najm.
The college will pivot from night classes to remote learning, and also be providing extra security on campus, drawing on the Davis Police Department for additional personnel, May said.
A male suspect with light skin and curly hair seen fleeing on Monday night is still at large.
