Supreme Court Rejects RFK Jr’s Bid To Intervene In Government Censorship Case

The Supreme Court on Monday rejected a bid from 2024 presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to intervene in the ongoing Missouri v. Biden censorship case involving government collusion with social media companies.
The high court in October agreed to hear the case after the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court decision that found the government likely violated the First Amendment in working with tech companies to censor disfavored viewpoints during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kennedy, an environmental lawyer running as an independent, had brought a similar challenge, which the district court had consolidated with the Missouri challenge.
