TikTok Suspends U.S. Think Tank Pushing Anti-CCP Documentary

TikTok, the Chinese-based social-media platform, this week suspended the Acton Institute, which last month released a documentary on the persecution of Hong Kong citizens by the CCP.
That documentary showed, among other things, Hong Kong police tear-gassing protesters. A video promoting the film was removed for “violent and graphic content,” then later reinstated, according to Acton.
Acton’s account was suspended Tuesday with no explanation, according to Acton’s director of marketing & communications, Eric Kohn.
