NBC host Chuck Todd on Sunday officially ended his 9-year run as moderator of the network’s “Meet the Press” moderator.
Todd said he June that he was going to leave the show.
Kristen Welker, NBC’s White House correspondent, will take over for the long-running Sunday morning show.
“The last nine years as moderator … has been the honor of my professional life,” Todd also said Sunday.
