In a Miami federal court on Thursday, Walt Nauta, an aide to former President Donald Trump, entered a plea of not guilty in a case related to classified documents involving the former president and his candidacy for the GOP in 2024.
When Nauta arrived at the James Lawrence King Federal Justice Building accompanied by his Florida attorney Sasha Dadan, the presiding judge expressed satisfaction, stating, “I’m very glad to see you here.”
Nauta was indicted in June along with Trump, with the charges involving the alleged mishandling of classified documents.
