Former President Donald Trump has indicated that he is willing to testify in the classified documents criminal case, asserting that he did not give orders to a Mar-a-Lago staffer to delete security video footage.
Trump, along with two of his employees, was charged with obstruction in late July in connection with an alleged attempt to erase footage from Mar-a-Lago, his Florida estate.
Trump’s statement to NBC News emphasized his denial of instructing staff members to delete the security video.
