Trump Returns to New York Court Following Gag Order

Former President Donald Trump has confirmed his intention to appear in a Manhattan court on Tuesday, a day after a partial gag order was issued against him in a separate criminal case.
Trump announced his plans on his Truth Social page, stating, “I will be attending the trial in Manhattan this morning.” He expressed his appreciation for legal experts who assert his innocence.
Trump also voiced concerns about the absence of a jury in the civil case, where New York Attorney General Letitia James has accused Trump, his sons Eric and Donald Jr., and other Trump Organization executives of inflating real estate asset values to secure more favorable terms on bank loans and insurance.
