Trump To Appear On Joe Rogan Podcast

GOP nominee former President Donald Trump will appear on Joe Rogan’s podcast. After rumors began to swirl, it was announced by Politico on Tuesday that Trump would appear on the massive podcast. Recording is set for Austin, Texas on Friday in Rogan’s studio.

The show has over 14 million followers on Spotify and it’s one of the top podcasts in the United States. Trump has appeared on dozens of podcasts in recent months as he shifted his campaign strategy from the mainstream networks to smaller shows where he can speak to voters in arenas where they are already tuning in. But Rogan is bigger than all of those.

Rogan has said that he was not endorsing Trump and had said previously that he had no plans to have him on the show. Kamala Harris has also reportedly been in talks with Rogan to appear on his show, though a date has not yet been finalized. Rogan has hosted other presidential candidates, including Robert F Kennedy, Jr.

By the time the show airs, there will be less than two weeks before polls close on Election Day. Early voting has already begun in many states.

It was only a week ago that Trump said during an appearance on the Nelk Boy’s Full Send podcast that he believed he would be going on Rogan. “You’re doing a lot of podcasts recently. One that I would love to see you on, I think Joe Rogan has to have you on. Would you do that?” Trump was asked.

“I think I’m doing it, actually,” Trump said. He praised Rogan, saying he had a “good voice.” At the time Trump made this assertion, no date had been set. In fact, up until the announcement that the interview time was confirmed for this Friday, Rogan has not supported Trump.
