Twin Cities Hit With ‘White Halloween’ In First Oct. 31 Snowfall In 30 Years

Minneapolis-Saint Paul experienced a Halloween surprise as the cities awoke to an unusual “winter” landscape due to one of the most significant snowfalls in decades.
The National Weather Service reported that over 2.5 inches of snow fell overnight.
The last time the Twin Cities witnessed such a snowy Halloween was back in 1991 when a blizzard brought 8.2 inches of snow, as confirmed by the National Weather Service.
