UPDATE: Federal Judge Won’t Allow Release Of Migrants Without Court Dates

Calling the Biden Department of Homeland Security‘s argument “borderline frivolous,” U.S. District Court Judge T. Kent Wetherell II rejected the Biden administration call for an emergency stay of a ruling barring it from allowing illegal aliens into the country without trial dates.
Judge Wetherell belittled the administration’s “Chicken Little arguments about the impact of it not being able to (mis)use ‘parole’ under either policy as a processing tool for the surge of aliens.”
This week Border Patrol agents encountered over 10,000 migrants on multiple days, and there were more than 25,000 in custody as of Friday morning.
