Ottawa Fire Services captured the shocking moment the top floor of a downtown parking structure gave way under the weight of a “heavy snow load” on Feb. 26. Firefighters helped civilians evacuate and no injuries were reported.
Roughly 50 vehicles remain in the “structurally compromised” garage and owners have been barred from removing them.
