Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) was greeted by lengthy boos from the crowd as he came to the stage during a rally led by former President Donald Trump in his own home state of South Carolina on Saturday.
The South Carolina senator could be heard saying, “Thanks a bunch,” before appearing to acknowledge the booing when he asked, “well, do you want to find something in common?” The boos continued unabated while he tried to gain the crowd’s attention.
As he was leaving the stage, Graham declared that he remains committed to helping Trump win, concluding, “God bless you all. God bless President Trump. God bless America.” Even after making those remarks, supporters of the former President continued to show their disdain for the South Carolina senator.
