The Trump administration told federal agencies to prepare for mass layoffs of workers, according to a memo from Budget Director Russell Vought and acting OPM Director Charles Ezell.
The memo, obtained by Just the News, informs heads of federal agencies that they have to submit the first phase of plans reorganization plans by March 13.
