An “inoperable destructive device” was discovered in an Arizona border town by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Ali Bradley, a NewsNation journalist who shared photos of the IED, said it was “made using an M&M container with electrical tape. Blue and red wires were exposed at the end of the container.”
