Protesters Over Neely Death Jump On NYC Subway Tracks, Clash With Cops, 7 Arrested

At least seven people were arrested in Saturday in New York City in connection to the protests over the recent death of homeless man Jordan Neely.

Neely died after being put in a chokehold by a passenger who reportedly try to stop Neely’s threatening behavior on a subway car Monday. His death has been ruled a homicide.

On Saturday, protesters  jump onto the tracks of the city’s subway system and clashing with NYPD officers.

A video show the a train car coming to a fast and abrupt halt to avoid hitting the demonstrators in the tracks Saturday at about 6:15 p.m.
