School District Claims Sexual Assault On Girl, 6, Was ‘Mutual’

An alleged sexual assault of a 6-year-old girl was described by a Texas school district as “mutual.”
Plainview Independent School District officials have determined that sexual assault did not occur, instead labeling the April 19 incident “mutual inappropriate sexual contact.”
The child’s family apparently was not aware of the assault until noticing a change in her behavior and learning that another student had exposed himself to her.
