The website SFFGate.com has published a nearly frame-by-frame breakdown of how the California Democrat Gov. and former San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom fell on a basketball court in a high-profile trip to China.
Newsom was trying to dribble past two Chinese boys when he slipped, then toppled on of them on his way down.
“Let’s go frame by frame,” the story in part reads. “In the first five seconds of the clip, Newsom twice spins a basketball on his finger. …”
The story also attributes the spill to the “slippery dress shoes” Newsom was wearing.
