According to a report, the two women went into the store around 4:10 p.m. Monday afternoon, took 47 of the reusable cups, walked past all checkout stations and out of the store. Store employees say they don’t know which direction the women walked after leaving the store.

oth women were described as approximately 20 to 40 years old. One woman was described as wearing a white long sleeve shirt, green leggings and a white hat. The other woman was described as wearing a pink and white jacket, pink shoes, a tan bag and had long pink dreadlocks.

The theft happened Sept. 30, but police did not respond to the REI until Oct. 2. They have not said why the store waited two days to report the theft.
