Bishop Robert Barron shared his perspective on the recent controversy surrounding the Los Angeles Dodgers’ hosting and honoring of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence drag group during their Pride Night on June 16.
In a video released on Thursday, Barron referred to the drag group as an “anti-Catholic hate group” and encouraged the Catholic community in Los Angeles to boycott the Dodgers as a means of demonstrating that promoting such activities carries repercussions.
“Attacking Catholics in this most disgraceful way is somehow ok,” he lamented.
